Awana & Wednesday Night Childcare 2024-2025 Registration

Complete this form and click submit. Below is a brief description of each of the offerings for our children and youth on Wednesday evenings. Youth Group is available and encouraged for both Middle School and High School on Wednesday evenings and is free of charge.

There is a maximum of $100 per family for the fees for Awana. All payments this year will be through Zeffy. To pay through Zeffy use the options at the bottom of this form. Please be aware that your child will not receive their learning materials for the year until the fee has been paid. If paying for Awana will be a financial burden for your family, scholarships are available upon request -- this may be discussed with Joanna Muñoz.

NURSERY - Free
Babies through two year olds - only offered for Awana volunteers and those attending Wednesday night Mid-Week Classes

PUGGLES - $50
Two year old children - offered only to Awana volunteers and those attending Wednesday night Mid-Week Classes

CUBBIES - $50
Preschoolers -- For children ages 3-5 (the two years prior to kindergarten) and potty trained

SPARKS - $50
Kindergarteners, 1st, and 2nd graders

T&T ULTIMATE ADVENTURE - $50
3rd and 4th graders

T&T ULTIMATE CHALLENGE - $15
5th and 6th graders who follow the T&T Ultimate Challenge program.

TREK LITs - $15
7th and 8th graders who attend Youth Group and follow the Trek Awana program.

JOURNEY LITs - $15
9th through 12th graders who attend Youth Group and follow the Journey Awana program
Due to capacity, registration is closed. Any entries submitted Sept 16th or later will be added to a wait list.

(1)  I authorize the staff and volunteers of ONC to seek medical attention for my child should an emergency arise, provided that I will be contacted as soon as possible. Failure to reach me shall not prevent an application of immediate, necessary medical treatment not excluding injection, anesthesia, or surgery. I further agree that ONC shall not be held responsible in the event of accident or injury in this regard.
(2)  I understand and agree that ONC disclaims any and all liability in the unlikely event of injuries sustained in connection with Awana events of the church year 2024-2025.
(3)  I give my permission for my child's picture to be taken and used in ONC publications, advertising, or on the internet. No personal information will be included with the photos. 
(4) I understand the Awana fee requirements, classes offered and age requirements, and that payment must be received prior to learning materials being supplied.
